Safety
Lizzergy is built for families, and keeping children safe comes first.
If a child is in danger right now, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Reporting a photo or profile
- In the app: open a profile someone shared with you, then choose Report the photo or Report this profile.
- On the web: use our report form, for example about a share link someone sent you.
- By email: safety@lizzergy.com.
The person you report isn’t told who reported them.
What happens next
- A report of a sexual image or nudity hides the photo right away, before anyone reviews it.
- Our safety team reviews every report. We remove content that breaks our Terms, block the image so it can’t be uploaded again, and may suspend the account.
- We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and keep the records the law requires for law enforcement.
- Our staff never download, save or share a reported image.
Intimate images shared without consent
If someone shared an intimate image of you on Lizzergy without your consent, report it in the app, with our report form, or by email. Tell us where it appears and that you didn’t consent. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request, and we block copies of it.
If you are under 18, or the image was taken when you were, NCMEC’s free Take It Down service can help remove it from many websites without anyone seeing it.
Controlling who sees your family
- Only people you share a profile with can see it. You can end any share at any time.
- Share links can have a PIN and an expiry date. Links opened in a browser never show the photo or birth date.
- If someone shares a profile with you that you don’t want, open it and choose Stop seeing this profile, or block the person so they can’t share with you again.
For law enforcement
We respond to valid legal process and preserve records on request. Send requests to safety@lizzergy.com from an official address. In an emergency involving danger of death or serious injury, say so in the subject line.
